Welcome to the Northern Wasatch Homebuilders Association! I think you'll find our organization to be a dynamic, forward moving organization dedicated to serving our members and our communities.

We are currently celebrating the 10 year anniversary of our Have a Heart partnership with the completion of four Have a Heart Homes. Thanks to our Heart Home builders, Bruce Nilson, Jason Peterson, Stuart Smith and David Longfellow, the keys were awarded to the home recipients at our annual VIP night event. Over the past ten years, these homes have really changed the lives of many deserving families. We're proud of the efforts made by our builders and the hundreds of sub contractors and suppliers that make this project happen!

On another note, we have opened up our annual college scholarship program.

2010 Fall Semester Scholarships NOW OPEN

Each year the NWHBA awards Charitable Foundation awards scholarships to students majoring in construction management. These scholarships are for students enrolled in a Utah college or university, or the Davis and Weber County ATC's. Our goal is to support and promote professionalism in the building industry through higher education. The scholarships range up to $1000.00 and are deposited directly in the students school account.
